Aloha Property Management Inc. is a family owned and run business. Started by a father-daughter duo, our company was formed in March 2004, as a Hawaii Corporation. We started APM with the goal to bring aloha into property management.

Aloha Property Management Inc. is licensed as a broker with the State of Hawaii Real Estate Commission and the Realtors Association of Maui Inc. since March 2004. The company Founder, Walter Clur is a Realtor Broker with the State of Hawaii , and Co-Founder, Andrea Clur is a Realtor Salesperson. Our dedicated staff of nine employees helps to keep our business up and running smoothly.

Aloha Property Management Inc. is a member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ status, a member of the Community Associations Institute, the Condominium Council of Maui and Management Company winner of the 2016 Lei Niho Palaoa Award (Best of Hawaii).

Walter is an AMS and CMCA qualified manager, licensed Real Estate Broker and a Canadian registered CPA. He was Principal Broker of Island Property Management until December 2003, where he managed a number of large properties (both commercial and residential) for them on Maui. Prior to that, he was Principal Broker for Chaney Brooks

Inc. on both the island of Maui and the island of Oahu. Walter has an extensive background in both Accounting and financial management, as well as residential and commercial real estate on Maui, the mainland and internationally. He oversees the financial operations, and works with Andrea to oversee the daily operations of the company.

Andrea has extensive experience in management internationally, on the mainland USA and in Hawaii. She is Realtor Broker and is currently pursuing her PCAM designation in Community Association Management. She is an Association Management Specialist (AMS) qualified manager through the Community Association Institute (www.caionline.org) and holds a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) with the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (www.camicb.org/). She also has her At Home With Diversity (AHWD) credentials with the National Realtor’s Association and is working on her Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). Andrea works with Walter to oversee the daily operations of the company, and also conducts Board Member training sessions after annual meetings each year.
